Rob has been a residential Realtor since 2004 and has built a solid client base from referrals and repeat clients. He has successfully negotiated on the buy and sell side of numerous homes and condos and has experience with the entire process. Additionally, Rob has extensive property management experience. Rob has built a reliable network to assist with residential financing, and short sales, and has contractors on hand for repairs, upgrades, or to prepare your home for a listing. First time buyers, investors, relocating families, and individuals seeking vacation or rental properties, appreciate Rob’s patience and attention to detail. Originally from New York, Rob’s background is in the financial services industry. He is a whiz with numbers and can help you understand the underlying issues involved in financing and comparables when it comes to pricing or purchasing a home. He is equally committed to his clients in multi-million dollar price ranges as well as to those in financial distress. Your concerns will remain confidential and he is always available to share his expertise. Rob chose to work with Goddes Homes, Inc. Residential Brokerage because it is a boutique firm also dedicated to personal attention. The firm is another source of expertise and support. Since Rob’s client base grew exponentially, his wife, Dani, became a Realtor in 2010. Together, Rob and Dani formed Mattisinko Realty Group to continue to provide superior service and seamless communication.

Rob is an outdoor enthusiast and was instantly drawn to the Arizona lifestyle. He enjoys golf, tennis, hiking, skiing, and backyard time with his friends and family.

Dani Mattisinko

Dani Mattisinko partnered with her husband Rob forming Mattisinko Realty Group as an active licensed Realtor in the summer of 2010. As a team, they can ensure that you will receive an exceptional level of service and communication. Dani is available full time to assist with all of your real estate needs.

Originally from New York, Dani holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and has over 15 years of business experience primarily in HR Management and client services. She currently volunteers her time providing career coaching services for women seeking self sufficiency. Her consistent background helping others reach their personal and business goals coupled with her expertise in business psychology, negotiation, and customer service, makes her an ideal asset to the team. She is passionate about working with people, understanding her clients’ needs, and delivering positive results.

Rob and Dani live in McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale with their two wonderful daughters. Dani loves the Arizona lifestyle. She enjoys yoga, hiking, golf, tennis, crafts, and interior design. Dani looks forward to meeting with you and sharing her knowledge and service.
